Skills Alliance Group is a Global Life Science, Medical Device & Technology, and Animal Health staffing & services company encompassing three business units: SA Executive, SA Staffing & SA Consulting.

    The Role
    This position will sit within Skills Alliance Staffing and will form part of the senior leadership team in the United States. While reporting into our SVP for Staffing who is based in Seattle, you will also be working closely with our President, USA to ensure local, and global collaboration.
    As part of the leadership team, you will work in close partnership with SA Executive, Staffing, and Consulting to ensure client collaboration.
    The position is multifaceted offering a challenging and rewarding career with a clear focus around four main core skills; leadership, business development, client engagement and candidate development.
    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced staffing leader looking to play a key role in the continued growth of Skills Alliance across the US.
    Primary Duties in addition to the above:
    - To recruit, train, support, and lead a team of 360 recruiters in Seattle. - To work closely with our Learning & Development function to ensure that our employees have a program designed to support all of their development needs. - To act as a key stakeholder in the staffing business, working to build a vertical market while supporting our clients with any and all their requirements.. To ensure client partnerships remain paramount, and that client engagement and customer support are prioritised within the organization. - To work in partnership with our SVP, Staffing to ensure all company goals are achieved. - To ensure all of our Staffing service lines are appropriately positioned to current and future clients, thus ensuring best possible level of service. This includes exclusive contingency, temporary hiring, executive search, and outsourced workforce solutions (RPO, MSP). - To increase the number of new, collaborative client relationships within the region, by agreeing exclusive partnerships that ensure we can provide a high quality of work at all times, regardless of the service provided. - The successful candidate will be expected to offer constructive, entrepreneurial and forward thinking ideas and concepts to assist in the development and growth of Skills Alliance as a leading global pharmaceutical services business. - To attend Industry specific conferences and symposia on behalf of Skills Alliance and represent the brand and organization. - To develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Biotechnology and Medical Device space, with a clear focus on emerging SMEs. - To identify new opportunities in the market and suggest new areas for company development.
    Requirements:
    Please only apply if living in the US and open to living in Seattle, or if you are UK based and open to relocation to Seattle.
    - A successful track record in life science recruitment (permanent or temporary hiring) and/or executive search, with a core focus on winning and developing new business partnerships. - You should be well educated to degree standard ideally, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers. This role will involve working with Senior Management teams so you must feel confident in this area. - You should have a proven background and significant experience in selling various staffing solutions within a specialist sector, coupled with a strong understanding of the various models available. - A demonstrable track record in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with a variety of customers. - A keen interest and enthusiasm for science, healthcare and drug development. - A proven ability in consultative sales. - An ability to think 'outside of the box' to provide innovative solutions for clients. - A high level of attention-to-detail. - A solution-oriented, results focused, tenacious and driven approach to work. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are fundamental in order to liaise effectively with high profile industry stakeholders. - An ambition to succeed in a high pressure and competitive environment whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity. - A positive, focused and can-do attitude and a desire to be the best.
