Job Description:

The Taco Time NW Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, by supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and the HR team with a variety of recruiting and administrative functions. This position's duties include providing full cycle recruiting support to restaurants and Home Office. Creatively source passive and active candidates from a variety of channels to promote jobs to highly qualified candidates. The person in this role must be able to provide a high degree of professionalism, organization, and customer service. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. (This position is a Hybrid position) Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers during the talent fulfillment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Act as Brand Ambassador using creative and strategic methods to attract talent
  • Partner with Marketing team to engage social media and online job boards to strategically market positions and enhance TTNW's online presence
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish creative sourcing techniques and determine critical hiring needs
  • Continually evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting process and maintain all appropriate data in ATS (ADP) and other dashboards as required
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting for restaurant positions (Crew thru Assistant Manager): posting, sourcing, pre-screening applications and resumes, scheduling and facilitating interviews, candidate selection and coordinating offers
  • Continually look for new trends in the recruiting industry that will assist in finding and attracting top talent
  • Organize and track candidate pipelines for multiple positions
  • Perform routine administrative transactions and manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create and run reports as necessary using the HRIS (ADP) platform.
  • Provide support to candidates and hiring managers who have questions or require assistance in completing tasks in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Initiate background check process and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding of candidates
  • Assist with the coordination of the Employee Referral Program
  • Assist with the planning, development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and attend job fairs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, technical schools, colleges, military and diversity hiring sources
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department
  • Crosstrain and provide back-up support to the HR team
  • Demonstrate team building and interpersonal skills by maintaining positive, collaborative, and constructive interpersonal relationships. Understands and practices the principles of effective teamwork, self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a collaborative setting
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes
  • Support special projects and other designated activities, as assigned. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Manager Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a restaurant or service industry environment.
    • Must possess strategic sourcing skills, to generate a pipeline of passive candidates through numerous external sites, job boards and creative outlets.
    • Experience utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels
    • Ability to use a variety of software, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Ability to protect confidential information.
    • Willingness to learn new things
    • HRIS experience required (preferably ADP) Preferred Qualifications:
