We are seeking a Recruiter to join the team based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Woodinville, WA. Recruiters support the business by focusing on on the full recruitment cycle for open positions, from entry level to management, to include U.S. based Reside companies and markets.

Essential Functions

• Complete recruiting hires and onboarding processes for new hires
  
• Posting jobs in Ultipro system and job boards
  
• Tracking, organizing, and screening applications and resumes
  
• Coordinating interviews
  
• Arranging background checks and review them
  
• Interviewing candidates for pre-screening via video chat and phone
  
• Facilitating selection with hiring manager(s)
  
• Presenting offers of employment
  
• Arranging for temporary help through approved agencies and track costs
  
• Making changes to the UltiPro Recruiting and Onboarding Modules as needed
  
• Facilitate employee promotions and transfers into open positions
  
• Monitor online presence with websites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, etc.
  
• Conducting new hire onboarding to complete the hiring cycle
  
• Other duties as assigned
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • High School Diploma/GED required
    
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    
  • Advance skills/knowledge of MS Office products including experience with scheduling meetings using MS Office Outlook
    
  • Experience with online recruiting platforms and systems is a plus
    
  • Must have a service-oriented mentality and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Must have the ability to get along well with colleagues and maintain a positive attitude
    
  • Must be an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented person
    
  • Must be able to maintain 100% confidentiality at all times
    
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execute in a very fast-paced environment
    
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to find the best candidate for the job
    
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the company
