The Recruiter II position supports recruiting for clinical and administrative staff positions.
This position reports to the Fred Hutch Talent Acquisition Manager, Clinical.
This role is required to work partially at our campus.

  • Conduct candidate interviews to qualify them within the position requirements and share information on our company, compensation package, position details, and expectations
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for scientific, administrative, and technical positions
  • Source passive and active candidates for talent pipelines positions, with a focus on diversity
  • Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruiting process
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events such as college recruiting, industry conferences, and career fairs
  • Capture and maintain complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement
  • Other duties as assigned


    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a strong team player
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage highly confidential information
    • Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skills to create, measure, and scale program metrics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills to a large audience are a must
    • Ability to travel up to 10% as required by business needs to support recruitment efforts

        The annual base salary range for this position is from $76,607.00 to $114,878.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. - -Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.
