(Temporary - Onsite) Location: Seattle, WA Pay: $25-$32/hr
Duration: 3-6 month contract Overview Immediate need for an HR
Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced HR team during a
peak hiring cycle. This is a fully onsite, temporary role
supporting recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee
documentation. Responsibilities Coordinate high-volume interview
scheduling Prepare offer letters and onboarding packets Process
background checks and I-9 documentation Maintain HRIS records and
personnel files Track recruiting metrics in Excel Respond to
employee HR inquiries Support compliance and audit preparation
Qualifications 1 year administrative or HR support experience
Strong Outlook calendar management experience Proficient in Excel
(sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Ability to work fully onsite
Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Darian
