Senior Training Support Specialist Company: The Boeing Company
Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for a Senior
Training Support Specialist to join our team located in Seattle, WA
. This position is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced
person to enhance our training effort. You must have a thorough
understanding of flight operations, system design, and training
integration. You must be a self-starter, possess an entrepreneurial
mindset, and you must be able to thrive as an essential part of our
collaborative and hands-on ecosystem. Position Responsibilities:
Manage internal GE&T training, content development (in
collaboration with other Boeing partners), and plan training
resources as needed Manage standardization and compliance for
GE&T trainees Coordinate with Boeing stakeholders, i.e.,
Learning Design, Scheduling, Flight Training, internal GE&T
Stay abreast of industry and regulatory changes to ensure our
training effort is industry-leading Implement select training
courseware systems and processes Manage the development and
revision control of our GE&T Training Manual Maintain metrics
for the success and quality of our training program Develop and
maintain an internal training database for internal non-regulatory
GE&T training and tracking Develop and maintain the media
content of internal GE&T training Communicate status on a
regular basis Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as
defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes
U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or
asylee 3 years of aviation training experience with designing,
implementing and training others Experience applying verbal and
written communication skills including spelling, grammar,
punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills? 2
years of experience in performing training-related activities,
including training facilitation, preparing training and materials,
conducting training classes, and assessing training and trainee’s
effectiveness Experience developing and deploying a training
program for new hires and continued training opportunities for
existing team members Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with
long distance learning to include software development /delivery
