Job Description:
The Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment (MCCF) PXT team is
seeking an exceptional Principal Human Resources Business Partner
(HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to senior leadership within
the MCCF business. In this role, you will be the primary HRBP for
senior leaders (VPs and Directors), aligning critical people
initiatives with broader business objectives. Leveraging your
exceptional communication, influence, and data analytics skills,
you will help inform and shape the organizational capabilities
needed to drive success. As an experienced HR professional, you
must demonstrate the ability to thoroughly diagnose complex issues,
recognize patterns, and recommend both immediate and long-term
programmatic solutions. The ability to seamlessly collaborate
across groups, influence stakeholders at all levels, and dive deep
into the unique needs of this client group is essential. Key to
your success will be your strong business acumen, executive
coaching expertise, excellent communication skills, and robust
planning/project management capabilities. You must also excel at
balancing competing priorities and driving measurable impact. The

responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to drive
organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and
skills assessment and development. Develop and execute on short-
and longer-term organizational strategies that align with the top
priorities of the organization. • Partner with stakeholders
including Talent acquisition, Central HR Partner teams and Finance
to create workforce plans and increase organizational
effectiveness. • Review and analyze business metrics and
organizational health diagnostics in order to recommend and drive
systemic improvements. • Implement talent mechanisms into business
rhythm and operations. Lead both the annual and mid-year review
processes within respective leadership teams to ensure rigorous
performance management and talent development. • Provide
compensation consultation including salary and equity planning,
promotions and job re-leveling analysis and support. • Work with
business groups to assess, create and implement innovative
solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within
assigned client groups and in some cases across the broader
organization. A day in the life To be successful in this role,

strong track record of effective partnership with senior
executives, ability to influence with data while connecting
quantitative and qualitative insights, and ability to partner
effectively with HR centers of excellence while driving local
innovation. Your experience includes managing end-to-end talent
cycles, from executive-level strategic organizational planning to
annual performance and compensation processes. - Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources Management or a related field - Knowledge of
local labor law - Experience as a human resource generalist -
Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory,
functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff
development - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information
Systems - Master's degree in Human Resources Management -
Experience assessing management and executive talent - Experience
developing and administering HR compensation plans - Experience
working with global teams, driving organizational change
initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
