Experienced Employee Data Management Specialist Company: The
Boeing Company The Boeing Company's Employee Data Governance
organization is currently seeking an Experienced Employee Data
Management Specialist to join our team! This position can be based
in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ. The selected candidate
will be responsible for the daily processing of collective
bargaining agreement transactions or related work across multiple
HRIS systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, etc. Position
Responsibilities: Provides business process and HR system subject
matter expertise to business partners and work group Coordinates
small scale projects with customers and business partners to
resolve issues Evaluates wide-range of complex requests for various
HR user access and takes appropriate action Assists team members in
fact finding for internal/external HR audits Maintains process
documentation on HR systems application processes Performs analysis
on HR system applications to resolve data discrepancies ensuring
that business processes are being followed Performs system testing
to ensure system functionality and data integrity Coordinates
requests with business partners to perform large volume
transactions referring to established practice and policies Creates
HR system error queries to audit transaction activity for errors
using established work procedures Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience with Workday 3 years of
experience with the ServiceNow platform 3 years of experience
providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and
services Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3
years of experience with the Workday HR Management System 3 years
of experience leading and managing projects 1 years of experience
with PeopleSoft Experience with labor relations Conflict of

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $95,200 -
$138,000 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not
