My client is a leading FinTech company that uses Machine Learning to get consumers better rates on insurance and other financial products through their powerful platform ecosystem. They started by building a world-class Data Science team focused on the product, then rolled it out and scaled rapidly. They were recently acquired in As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be working on our world class Customer Communications platform, which leverages data science and machine learning to operate intelligently and efficiently. You'll manage the services that offer a full suite of digital capabilities, powering our communications platform for customers and users. This role will be responsible for building, scaling and operating our telephony and messaging infrastructure, and working on experimental conversational chat bots and speech analysis frameworks.-- To be successful in this role you must posses the following:

• Extensive experience building scalable services using modern cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
• Experience and passion for working in fast-paced early-stage environments
• BA or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Math The following additional experience is highly desired:
  • Experience building conversational chat bots
