ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN THE USA AND AVAILABLE TO START WORK WITHOUT NEED OF VISA SPONSORSHIP OR TRANSFER!This position is based remotely with a preferred location in Seattle or Bellingham, Washington or Portland, Oregon.This client is the pioneer and leading provider of--Intelligent Virtual Assistants--helping organizations attract, acquire, and grow customers at scale.--Intelligent Virtual Assistants--are AI-powered, SaaS-based software applications that serve as virtual team members and autonomously engage contacts, prospects, customers, or partners in personalized human-like, two-way interactions to drive towards the next best action across the customer revenue lifecycle; whether that's scheduling a sales meeting, gauging interest to buy additional products or services, or politely but persistently collecting overdue payments.Intelligent Virtual Assistants--are built on a proven and patented intelligent automation platform integrating natural language understanding (NLU), natural language generation (NLG), autonomous action chains, and deep learning capabilities that engage prospects over multiple communication channels and in multiple languages.Job Description: We're seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM)--to enable customers to maximize the full value of this client's SaaS service through its integration with Salesforce and other CRMs. The TAM will be responsible for providing technical support during the sales cycle, leading the integration and onboarding of--new--customers, and providing ongoing technical support to existing customers.This individual must be comfortable advising a variety of mid-size customers from a wide range of industries. They will build and maintain strong relationships with multiple roles within their assigned customers, including senior executives, Salesforce administrators, and inside sales/marketing managers. Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation (MarTech) systems would be ideal.Responsibilities* Be the customer-facing "product expert"* Responsible for configuring and onboarding--new--customers to the platform* Lead this client's integrations with modern--CRM and Marketing Systems--including Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Eloqua, and Marketo, and Dealer Management Systems such as DealerSocket, ELEAD1ONE, and AutoLoop XRM.* Support the sales team with the technical aspects of the sales process, including conducting technical integration demos, answering technical questions, and solution design.* Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers' technical staff, managers, and executive sponsors* Provide Tier-3 technical support to customers (individual contributor)* Serve as a customer advocate including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends, and articulating those to Product Management* Maintain an understanding of open requests for customers to ensure efficiency* Work with internal teams to resolve customers' technical issuesQualifications* At least 2 years--of relevant work experience, including technical account management, technical product support, software development, OR sales engineering to enterprise customers* Bachelor's degree--in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience preferred* This position is based remotely with a preferred location in--Seattle or Bellingham, Washington or Portland, Oregon* Excellent individual and group presentation, written, and oral communication skills* Critical thinker and skilled problem--solver who can troubleshoot technical issues to determine the optimal path to resolution; curious to explore!* Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty* Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building strong relationships* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Strong track record of being able to manage multiple customers and cases* Professional demeanor, able to manage situations of high stress* Experience working with--Salesforce
