About The Role
Imperative is looking for a talented Principal Software Developer
who is passionate about solving real problems and is excited about
using the latest technology to do it. As a principal full-stack
engineer on the team, you will be working directly with our Head of
Engineering, Raine Lightner, to be on the ground floor as we
go-to-market and expand the platform to achieve our vision.
You will lead the efforts to develop new and enhanced products
using machine learning models and behavioral science to design user
experiences that ensure every conversation on the platform achieves
learning, interpersonal, and career breakthroughs. As Imperative
grows, this role will be critical in growing the engineering and
product teams and nurturing a people-first and purpose-powered

- Experience with large-scale, distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud technologies (either Azure or
