Provide administration for a production Cherwell CSM environment supporting 3,500 customers and 60 IT and business users. The tool supports various IT processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Asset Management. It also facilitates HR Case management for the HR Team as well as Incident Management for the Supply Chain Team.Job Description+ Making Cherwell configuration changes in the administration client using blueprints or other integrated tools+ Managing the process of configuring development blueprints and promoting to production in a structured manner+ Developing and maintaining Cherwell dashboards that provide IT and team-based metrics+ Maintaining and enhancing the Cherwell IT Portal+ Creating and updating forms that are used in both the portal and rich client+ Maintaining and enhancing the Cherwell integrations with Active Directory and MS System Center+ Understanding business requirements and creating configurations that support desired outcomes+ Integrating with other platforms, leveraging the REST API+ Perform other duties as assignedQualifications + Experience with MS Windows Server platforms as well as related technologies such as Active Directory and DNS+ Experience with Dell server hardware platform+ Solid understanding of backup solutions, both local and cloud based - Microsoft DPM knowledge a plus+ Experience with SCCM a plus+ Experience with AWS server deployments+ Experience with hyper converged infrastructure, VMware ESXi and/or Nutanix+ Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Email administration+ Email Hygiene experience a plus+ Experience with Certificates a plus+ Splunk knowledge a plus+ Excellent troubleshooting skills+ Ability to work with little supervisionApply to Compass Group today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
