The following locations will also be considered: **Any WSP USA offices.** Be involved in projects with our Delivery Solutions Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.In support of WSP USA Delivery Solutions team, the ProjectWise System Administrator is directly involved with the management, architecture, planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software systems for the ProjectWise environment. The position also includes the planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training in response to customer requirements. The person has specific system level knowledge of ProjectWise, CADD, BIM and GIS with multiple years of experience developing, upgrading, implementing, and supporting ProjectWise as an Engineering Document Management System (EDMS).**Your Impact**+ Overall system support of ProjectWise EDMS platform. This includes the development and maintenance of configurations, access controls, metadata structures, workflows and system options; managing integration with office, BIM, CAD, GIS and other applications; carrying out system audits; ensuring consistent use with high standards of data and metadata integrity; producing reports on system usage.+ Provide ProjectWise System Administration support for the ProjectWise servers (Design Integration, Database, Integration, Web, Web Services Gateway, Cache, ICS, Connect Services). As the software environment matures, the ProjectWise System Administrator will provide hardware system configuration analysis, specifications, and recommendations that determine hardware replacement/upgrade priorities.+ Coordination of system support, troubleshooting and other technical problems with IT teams in Network Infrastructure and Hosting, including patches, updates and fixes from the vendor.+ Management and use of the ProjectWise iModel Composition Server (DCS) with project teams: develop rendition profiles for PDF generation.+ Implementation and management of Deliverables Management; coordinate with project teams on transmittal templates and usage training.+ Implementation and management of ProjectWise Web and Mobile Services Gateway; install and configure thin and mobile client access to the ProjectWise environment.+ Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project team Managed Workspaces and Environments; includes Title Block and Autodesk Profile integration.+ Responsible for the architecture, planning and implementing of ProjectWise as an EDMS solution to support diverse clients and projects serviced by multiple business units within organization.+ Assist projects and teams in developing and documenting additional workflows and business processes, while ensuring alignment to enterprise goals of platform consistency for collaboration.+ Participate in the continuous improvement of ProjectWise and any required integration with supported applications and internal systems.+ Responsible to resolve client service problems and disruptions on individual work stations; escalate and work with the appropriate vendor technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved by the CAD Support team.+ In coordination with ServiceDesk, provide high level (Tier 2 & 3) end user support of ProjectWise.+ Manage, train, support, and mentor additional ProjectWise User/Project Administrators to assist in business unit or project specific areas within ProjectWise.+ Develop procedure, training and best practice documentation; provide ongoing end-user training users as required.+ Evaluate ProjectWise Add-ons and Services to meet project special needs; implement as required.+ Communications to staff to promote efficient ProjectWise as an efficient work sharing solutions.+ The ProjectWise System Support Analyst function is to support:+ Bentley ProjectWise Document Management Software+ Bentley CADD Architectural, Engineering and Construction Programs+ Autodesk CADD Architectural, Engineering and Construction Programs+ This job summary includes but is not limited to the above noted items.+ Provide relevant solution options in support of the use of ProjectWise+ Support and maintain application and database servers+ Assist personnel in configuring and maintaining application specific workspaces+ Serve as escalation resource to the ServiceDesk on technical support items+ Coordinate vendor training and demonstration of ProjectWise features and functionality+ Train appropriate users on how to best utilize each application+ Travel to office locations as required to support services+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies**Who You Are****Required Qualifications**+ Applies the required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in the performance of essential job duties+ Comprehensive knowledge of configuration, use and administration of ProjectWise+ Understanding of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries+ Working knowledge of CADD applications for the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries+ Ability to conduct technical training to all personnel+ Have strong analytical, oral, and written communications skills+ Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions+ Proficiency or working knowledge in Microstation, GEOPAK, ORD/OBM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit+ Ability to apply Project Management principles to manage workload, maintain project schedule and meet budgetary requirements+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines --+ Moderate to proficient level of understanding of Windows 10/7 and Windows Server 2012/2016+ Moderate to proficient level of understanding of Microsoft IIS and SQL Server 2016+ PowerShell, Visual Basic, C++ programming experience+ 4+ years' experience managing a ProjectWise environment+ 4+ years' experience supporting Bentley MicroStation, GEOPAK, InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, InterPlot and Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Map, Revit\#LI-PR1**Additional Requirements**+ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
