Job Description:

Client Service Consultants focus on web storefront support (concept to launch to maintenance) and will be acting as a product expert, driving forward progress and knowledge transfer.The Client Service Consultant owns the end-to-end process of ordersand any change requests



Primary Responsibilities:



Program management and excellency of order execution for one or more high value/high volume clients.

Provide solution recommendation to clients acting as SubjectMatter Expert (SME)on product offerings and technology solutions.

Consult with clients to address needs and proposes solutions that meet client expectations.

Processnew orders, reorders and ensureaccurate and timely delivery.

Collaboratewith Sales, Pricing, Merchandising on non-standard proposals.

Provide client updates on delivery status and troubleshoots any delivery issues as they arise.

Escalateto management as necessary.

Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment







Basic Qualifications:



Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years or Tech Cert and 2 years



Preferred Qualifications:



Education: HS/GED



Experience: 4 years Customer Service, consulting with clients



Experience with Microsoft Office Suite)

Experience with web content management

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtimeperiodically
