Our client, a Global P&C Insurance Leader, is continuing to expand their Technology Underwriting footprint on the East Coast and seeking to add a Commercial Insurance, Technology Underwriter. This person would be responsible for underwriting: General Liability, Package, Property, E&O, Auto, Workers' Compensation and Umbrella/Excess coverage for Technology businesses. This person would also be able to work remotely!
Lines of business include commercial general liability, package, automobile, E&O, umbrella, workers compensation, and international lines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers in order to successfully produce, manage and grow our business.
Underwrite and negotiate new lines and renewals on a commercial lines portfolio.
Responsible for analyzing results and maintaining accountability of agency partners within the department.
Implement and manage effective pricing and rate strategies that will garner profitability, book growth and successful producer relation

Requirements:
2 - 7+ years of Commercial Insurance (GL, Auto, Property, WC, and Umbrella) Underwriting experience.
Experience underwriting within the Technology space is preferred
Proven track record of building strong business relationships with agents and insureds
Strong communication, analytical skills, and business acumen
Bachelor's Degree is required.

Salary/Benefits:
$110,000 to $125,000+ annual base salary plus lucrative bonus plan
