Today, buying and moving can be difficult when competing against cash offers and offers with waived contingencies, and is also made more difficult when a customer is trying to secure financing, unlock the equity in their current home, and trying to align purchase and sale. We're building a brand new organization to solve these challenges. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end-to-end. In addition, you will: Contribute to the technical design of new features. Review the code of your peers Advocate for standard methodologies & best practices Facilitate engineering discussions Mentor junior engineers This role has been categorized as a Remote position. You are a strong believer in best and efficient software development principles, continuous integration and continuous deployment You are passionate about writing clean, performant and well-tested code You are a self-starter and you love working self-driven in a dynamic team Qualifications: Bringing 5+ years of software development experience or relevant transferable skills You have strong hands-on experience writing enterprise-grade applications with React or similar web libraries and frameworks You are an expert in designing and developing extensible, responsive web apps for desktop and mobile web You've experience in designing and integrating with web-service APIs Typescript, GraphQL, Node and Next experience is a plus In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
