looking for a Technical Business Analyst to scope, define and drive
critical business initiatives to enhance the performance of the
Future Client Development department. This person should be versed
in cloud/hosted telephony platforms with experience compiling
actionable analytics. This is a full-time position with hybrid work
options from one of the following office locations: Folsom,
California/ Dallas, Texas/ Atlanta, Georgia/ Cincinnati, Ohio/
Walnut Creek, CA/ Seattle, Washington/ Denver, Colorado. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Scope, define and drive critical Future Client
Development technology initiatives to enhance performance Partner
with Marketing team to integrate technology and enhance information
sharing across departments Lead requirements gathering sessions and
vet new technology Design adaptable and scalable solutions that
meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future
needs Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to
facilitate better system understanding Analyze business process and
design scalable solutions to increase operational
maturity/efficiency Technology vendor management Lead/oversee
testing efforts to ensure high quality deliverables QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
3+ years directly managing or playing a significant role in the
management of cloud/hosted telephony platforms 3+ years relevant
experience working in some capacity gathering and analyzing
performance data 3+ years System/Business Analyst experience
required Communication skills are essential, with an ability to
translate business requirements into solutions using a consultative
and design thinking approach Ability to work in a team environment
and proactively problem-solve is a must Ability to ask questions
and seek the highest data quality Love of numbers and manipulating
