In your new role you will:General purpose/objectives: Production
ManagementTechnical leadership of a Production Management Project
team with high impact on business success: interface to internal
and external production sites.Ownership after Product passing Full
Qual (M9) for assigned products.Supply Chain definition and
implementation for introduction of new products or changes. Cost of
Sales' (CoS) improvementsDrive CoS improvements for assigned
products through yield, test, process improvements, etc. for
Division CSS in close cooperation with all related
stakeholdersMajor tasks and activities:Lead technical product
ramp-up team of assigned products following IFX ramp-up
process.Manage change/transfer projects following the defined
processes.Take over post new Product Full Qualification ownership
for assigned products.Act as an interface towards IFX operational
organizations and internal/external manufacturing sites for
technical issues concerning assigned products.Identify and
implement CoS improvements throughout the entire Supply
Chain.Define and implement supply chain concept for new products in
production.You are best equipped for this task if you have:PHD or
MS degree in EE, Physics or other related engineering degrees with
5+ years experiences for PHD and 7+ years experience for MS in
technical functions including Process integration, product
engineering, new technology and product development;Sound knowledge
of submicron IC manufacturing processes and profound knowledge of
the global manufacturing landscape.Knowledge of Product and test
concepts.Knowledge of CMOS/Flash technology integration.Knowledge
of reliability methods.Strong coordination skills and a profound
understanding of interdependencies within the organization
(engineering, logistics, business).Strong communication skills in a
global environment and ability to analyze problems of high
complexity and develop profound solutions together with all
relevant stakeholders.The Connected Secure Systems (CSS) segment
offers comprehensive systems for a secure, networked world with a
portfolio built around reliable, trendsetting microcontrollers as
well as wireless connectivity and security solutions. Over the past
decades, CSS has developed microcontroller, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and
