team is a diverse group of individuals dedicated to delivering
high-quality digital North America ecommerce experiences that meet

strategies and KPI's, we drive the quality strategy to build
quality in to our engineering practices, increase delivery speed in
our software development lifecycle, and deliver premium-quality

best possible experiences.A day in the life:The Technology Manager
- Quality Engineering position is a strategic leadership role for
lululemon's rapid growth and quality engineering transformation,
and it is an essential part of shaping the future of quality
engineering at lululemon.The Technology Manager is a self-driven
problem solver with a sharp analytical mind and proven ability to
enroll cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvements.
As a leader, you will live in to the culture of inspiration and
empowerment of a fast-paced and diverse team to produce strong
results.Key responsibilities include:
- Shape the quality engineering vision, strategy, and
roadmap
- Manage large workforce across 5+ product teams and enterprise
projects
- Project Planning and budget forecasting within multiple busines
s domains and stakeholders
- Drive key decisions and initiatives based on quality metrics,
standards/processes/practices, and collaborates and shares good
engineering practices
- Drive innovation, automation, and continuous testing into all
facets of the software delivery pipeline
- Lead and develop your people Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a leadership position like Manager or Director
- 8+ years of Quality/Engineering/DevOps experience in
technology
- Extensive experience setting SLO, SLA and SLI objectives within
a digital organization
- Demonstrated ecommerce experience with the following practices;
Quality Engineering, Testing, Test Automation, Capacity,
Performance and Security
- Ability to apply solid engineering practices to the software
development lifecycle (SDLC) for projects based on experiences with
iterative/agile and blended approaches across cross-functional
teams Must haves:

pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this
position inWashingtonis from $141,400 - $185,600 annually; the base
pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As

offering, subject to program eligibility requirements. At
