You will report to the Director of Outbound Marketing and this is a hybrid role located in Seattle, WA.We are looking for an experienced Email Developer who knows what it takes to deliver great inbox experiences, and the expertise to create them - from initial brainstorming to deployment. As part of Zulily's Outbound Marketing team, you will build dynamic email templates and outbound campaigns. In addition to working with our diverse team, you'll get to partner with creative, copy, merchandising, product and engineering to create personalized campaigns using both proprietary and SAAS platforms.Your Impact

• Manage email development activities including translation of creative design and input payloads into new campaign templates, testing, tagging and updating of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic email campaigns.
• Develop emails using HTML and CSS, ensuring rendering across all ESPs and devices.
• Ensure industry best practices are implemented for all outbound campaigns.
• Oversee campaign proofing with Email On Acid and other optimization tools to ensure campaigns are rendering correctly on different devices, and browsers.
• Create and lead advanced campaign and program improvements related to email development, for example, AMP Email (Accelerated Mobile Pages) and creation and implementation of payload campaigns.What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of email development experience with expertise in HTML & CSS, with the ability to read and write JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
  • Experienced in aspects of email marketing including dynamic program implementation, template coding, analysis, legislation, authentication and sender reputation systems, deliverability, and general industry trends and metrics.
  • Experience working with customer communication platforms such as Sendgrid.
  • Experienced in responsive email design and media queries and knowledge of scripting and applying business logic in email.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization QA processes
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ability to convert files into HTML code.Qurate Retail Group offers a total rewards package that includes:
