Kforce's Seattle, WA healthcare client has an immediate need for a BI Technical Lead to be responsible for leading the technical BI team of 3 developers in Tableau reporting. This role will lead the technical team to design and develop solutions using Tableau and Snowflake to deliver scalable BI solutions. Knowledge of Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics will be important as the BI Technical Lead will be establishing this ML practice for the entire organization. They must have a passion about implementing Machine Learning is key. Although this is a 100% remote position, the candidate must live in Washington State. Responsibilities:

• Run the BI framework day to day, insuring code libraries are streamlined and pushed into gitbucket, setting up the infrastructure - totally focused on the technical side
• Managing the developers - conducting code reviews, peer reviews, setting up new standards, insuring documentation, etc.
• Be involved in the EDW Azure/Snowflake project by becoming very familiar with all the DW components (we create all our own Datawarehouse components), understand our business work flows to design business streams
• Bring your experience and passion with Machine Learning component and predictive analytics - this is a new skill set for this team so this person would be bringing to the team; This will include Phython/Pytorch programming experience
