you'll do Support a range of technology projects using Sterling OMS
- including configurations, software development, and installation
of patches and upgrades. Ensure OMS & Order Services platform
design and generate solutions that are scalable, adaptable and
in-line with digital platform requirements. Analyze business
requirements, lead in design sessions and code reviews of
extensions and customizations of the Sterling OMS development
framework. Develop Java based extensions of Sterling OMS, Java/EE,
XML, XSLT and Oracle and Middleware technologies. Collaborate with
Solution Architects and Business Analysts to extend the
capabilities of the Sterling OMS platform. Work in-concert with
numerous other technology teams to ensure Sterling OMS and
associated applications properly interface with the digital
platform. Provide technical guidance to team on Sterling Web Store/
Sterling Web Call Center customizations. Provide technical
expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure
standards are followed. Provide project estimates and lead
technical teams to consistently meet commitments. Provide L3
support for Production issues. Interface with key stakeholders and
apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the
Project Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application
Architecture definition, Design and Lead a development team.
Provide technical leadership & mentorship for OMS development team.
Telecommuting permitted up to one day per week within same
geographic location as assigned office location. 40 hrs./week,
Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. qualifications Must have a
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus five
(5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in
developing, implementing, and customizing IBM Sterling Commerce
Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility. Must have 5
years of experience working with all of the following(which may be
gained concurrently): --- Sterling Web store customizations; ---
Services, DevOps, and Delivery; --- Agile; and --- Working with
high transaction systems. Must have 5 years of experience in at
least 1 of the following: --- Servlet; --- JSP; and --- Filters and
Java Web Services. Must have 2 years of experience in at least 1 of
the following: --- Java Spring boot applications; and --- Migrating
On-Premise systems to Cloud. Must have 3 years of experience
leading multiple work tracks in a multi-site team model. Must have
2 years of experience mentoring junior software engineers and
providing performance feedback. must haves --- Acknowledge the

Work is mainly performed onsite, 4 days per week depending on role

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $182,312.00 - $202,312.00 annually ; the base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
