environment for our people. About this team The Technology Director
- Product Integrity, Traceability, and Compliance will be
responsible for all aspects of technology, including architecture,
engineering, security, QA automation, operations, and delivery for
key areas in the supply chain. We are looking for a proven leader
who has experience in developing a strong leadership bench,
managing complex solutions, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work
environment. This new leader will also partner with Enterprise
Architecture and Engineering for technology evolution to support
enterprise initiatives. A day in the life:
- Manages budgets for strategic initiatives and baseline opex for
Product Integrity, Traceability, and Compliance technology
- Partners with business Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs in
product integrity, traceability, and compliance to define, deliver,
and support strategic roadmap
- Enrolls cross functional technology partners in strategic
vision for product integrity, traceability, and compliance
- Accountable for technology that supports raw material (RM) and
finished good (FG) vendors globally (-300 vendors)
- Serves as the escalation point for Technology Managers to
support delivery
- Supports career progression and stretch opportunities within
the Product Integrity, Traceability, and Compliance technology
area
- Lead the creation and expansion of new capabilities that aligns
with our strategic goals
- Manages key vendor partners and owns the relationship with the
vendor(s)
- Make thoughtful decisions on the fly, constantly clearing
roadblocks to allow successful delivery of key initiatives
- Qualifications:
- 4+ years is a senior leadership position like a Technology
Manager or Technology Director
- 15+ years of experience in technology
- Highly valued experience with supply chain platforms in quality
& traceability areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related
field or equivalent experience.

Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $190,400-$249,900 annually; the base pay offered
is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be
eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity
offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements. At
