Your Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will be involved in architecture decisions shaping our products. You will work with cloud services requiring high availability and performance, leveraging the latest open source technologies. Your system design skills will ensure our systems are robust.
You will be developing a new 0 to 1 product for Axon, making key technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across teams to create solutions that delight our customers. Your empathy with customers will help you intuit innovative solutions for their problems.

• Impact the development and design of a new 0 to 1 product for Axon
  
• Lead architecture design reviews
  
• Set high technical standards through code and architecture reviews
  
• Mentor engineers
  
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  
• Improve engineering processes
  
• Build services with high availability and low latency
  
• Work with open source technologies
  
  What You Bring
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience
    
  • Experience designing scalable, highly available cloud systems
    
  • Backend experience in languages like Java, Scala, Go, C#
    
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
    
  • Java, Golang, or Scala programming skills are a plus

      Base pay ranges from USD 169,000 to USD 187,000 depending on location and experience. Benefits support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. More details at .
