You'll be responsible for delivering new and enhanced technology solutions across the Fleet and Business Operations technology teams. This role will oversee projects across the Holland America Line, Seabourn, and HAP Alaska Brands, including business applications used by multiple brands such as Princess. The role emphasizes project management and reporting skills, working closely with business analysts and scrum masters supporting various business software and Fleet technology initiatives. The individual collaborates with cross-functional business teams to define and deliver product development and technology roadmaps. They drive automation and reporting aligned with strategic business priorities, coordinate requirements gathering, and work closely with business leaders and technology teams to ensure timely program delivery. The role also focuses on continually improving Security and Compliance, collaborating with corporate security to uphold security protocols and standards.Responsibilities

• Direct daily decision-making and act as a crucial link between business teams, product owners, managers, and IT technical teams and stakeholders.
• Use a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to manage project financials, delivery expectations, and scope for complex applications and third-party platforms.
• Oversee multiple functional areas, conduct business analysis, and leverage software and data center best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk mitigation using robust project management methodologies.
• Optimize resource use to align with business goals, control expenditures, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and manage a team of business analysts and scrum masters, setting expectations, providing feedback, and fostering growth.
• Monitor team performance, resolve conflicts, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance project execution and contribute to business objectives in application and fleet technology.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, requirement gathering, progress updates, and scope management.
• Maintain transparent communication channels to foster collaboration and stakeholder commitment.
• Lead roadmap execution with senior leadership to align product initiatives with business goals.
• Focus on customer needs, review and adjust roadmaps based on feedback, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, delivery, or related fields.
• Over 3 years in product and project management roles.
• Proven 5+ years managing business application technology, analytics, and software development teams.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, and modern software delivery technologies.
• Experience in product development for websites, mobile apps, marketing tech, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong skills in process improvement, project management, and product lifecycle management.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in delivering complex technology projects with budget and resource management.This position follows a schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility for remote work.
