- As a Senior Software Engineer in the Employee Experience
organization at Qualtrics, you will help build cutting-edge
technologies that empower our customers to create a more

contribute to developing services that illuminate customer

- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions
to solve complex business problems.
- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other
engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.
- Build and implement new features based on provided requirements
and specifications to drive maximum performance for our
customers.
- Collaborate with team members and prioritize features with a
sense of urgency to deliver value effectively.
- Engage with different teams within the organization, focusing
on back-end development, front-end reporting visualizations,
third-party integrations, and full-stack project
orchestration.
- Apply strong algorithms, data structures, and coding skills to
solve challenges within your team.What We're Looking For On Your
Resume
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
- Experience with professional software engineering practices
(e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents).
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
