JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title:Systems
AdministratorDepartment:Information ServicesReports To: Sr.
Director, Technology Infrastructure and SecurityStatus:Full-Time,
ExemptPrimary Objective: As a part of the System Administrators
team this role is responsible for all thingsinfrastructure
including servers, storage, cloud configuration, security, and
virtualization. This role is not responsible for Network. Work with
the Technology team to provide a high level of support services to
all staff and departments. Will serve as point person for server
infrastructure and actively participate in general help desk
response and other Technology projects.Essential Functions:
- Have reasonable availability during off-hours to help support
24/7/365 operation of staff and teams.
- Support the greater footprint beyond the ballpark of
365-dayoperation of outside Team Stores, the Peoria Sports Complex,
Dominican training academy,teams on the road, and other national
and international staff.
- Monitor and respond to Infrastructure Help Desk requests.
- Monitor and respond to all infrastructure, server, cloud, and
storage incidents, and health.
- Daily monitoring and management of AD, 365 Administration, and
server resources.
- Daily monitoring and management of images, backups, security
and front office applications.
- Server/Storage deployment, management, and repair.
- Operate and maintain cloud and virtual environments for storage
and VMs.
- Deployment of key new infrastructure and end-user products for
both daily employee use and security.
- Utilize available tools and technology to provide high level of
availability of all systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to implement, repair,
and maintain all projects, systems, and critical infrastructure as
needed.
- Maintain documentation for all systems.
- Seek opportunities to implement new ideas or technology to
further the efficiency and effectiveness of the department as a
whole.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of
formal education.
- Minimumthree (3) years' work experience, one (1) in lead or
high-level technical capacity.
- Desired but not required:
- Experience in the event industry in stadium/arena/convention
center, etc.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+,On the path to Microsoft
Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate with at
least AZ-800 or 801 passed or Passed Microsoft 365 Certified:
Fundamentals
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, & & 11, Windows Server 2012 R2,
2016, 2019, 2022,MacOSSonoma and Sequoia
- Windows Server Roles/Features: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS,
Group Policy, Cluster Management, iSCSI, IIS, FTP, SNMP, NTP,
FCAG
- Hardware: HP Servers, HP Storage, QNAP NAS, white box Windows,

- Software:Teams, Microsoft Office, SQL, OneDrive, 1Password,

improvement.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work on site at T-Mobile Park to begin with for at least 3
months and then possibly move to some remote work up to 2 days a
week. Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for
prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, handsand/or
fingers. (Computer, keyboard, mouse and telephone, performing
clerical functions)
- Accessing office and work areas.
- Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park
including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps and
concourses.
- This position requires standing for long periods at times,
walking long distances, and occasionally needing to lift and/or
move up to 50 pounds.The Mariners are committed to providing
competitive pay, perks, and benefits packages for our valued Team
Members.The anticipated starting pay for this role is between
$80,000-$95,000. All perks are subject to eligibility requirements
and availability and may be modified or amended from time to
