Job Description:
Join the Digital Acceleration organization as a Senior Technical
Program Manager (TPM) to help scale and deliver foundational
digital purchase and management experiences across Amazon. As a
Senior TPM on the Digital Purchase and Management Experience
team—which includes Your Orders, Manage Subscriptions, and the
broader digital purchase experience—you will lead complex,
cross-functional initiatives that enhance how customers interact
with their digital purchases. This team is responsible for building
core capabilities that support seamless digital transactions and
robust post-transaction management experiences. Key job
responsibilities In this role, you will own end-to-end program
execution—from roadmap planning and stakeholder communication to
risk management and cross-team alignment. You will work closely
with engineering, product, and business partners to drive timely
delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that unify digital and
retail experiences. Your work will also contribute to large-scale
modernization efforts, including the migration from legacy systems
and the adoption of GenAI-powered capabilities—all while
maintaining a best-in-class customer experience. About the team
Amazon Digital Acceleration powers ordering, subscriptions, and
device management for Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa,
and Kindle, amongst other digital businesses. We process billions
of digital purchases every year and enable our digital businesses
to grow their businesses worldwide. We are on a mission to be

experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7 years of working directly with
engineering teams experience - 5 years of technical product or
program management experience - 3 years of software development
experience - 5 years of technical program management working
directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience
managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes
and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5
years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule,
budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional
teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release
schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive
multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for
this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic
market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is
based on a number of factors including market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon
is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered,
equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be
provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a
