Job Description The Amazon Stores Customer Service (CS)
Concessions Product and Tech team builds, maintains, and scales
products and services that enable customers, CS Associates (CSAs),
and Amazon employees to process concessions in an automated,
secure, and consistent way across billions of concessions traffic
each year. The team’s product portfolio includes customer-facing
experiences, back-end core architecture, automation products, batch
concessions products, etc. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager
- Tech who is passionate about driving the right experience for our
customers, who looks to create innovative tech solutions to deliver
multi million- dollar impact worldwide, and who enjoys working
across tech, data, and science partners to make data-driven
decisions and designs. Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Product
Manager - Tech, you will lead requirements gathering,
prioritization of feature development, and own driving the product
metrics. You will partner with Concessions program managers,
various business teams, and our data and research science team to
identify, surface, and drive improvements. You will also be able to
dive deep and apply principles and products that will form an
exciting roadmap. Product management at Amazon is inherently
cross-functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their
portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data.
They will work closely with business teams, leaders, engineering
teams, as well as scientists and business intelligence analysts in
an agile development environment to launch new features and
experiences. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the
execution of the project, providing project progress to
stakeholders, and ensuring appropriate levels of product quality

degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product -
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around
technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience
managing technical products or online services - Experience in
representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and
stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience performing statistical
analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools - Experience in
building and driving adoption of new tools - 3 years of technical
product or program management experience - Experience bridging
technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements,
prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent
on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms
of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation
