Job Description:
Nextant is hiring a Project Manager Non-Tech 2 to join our
client’s team. The main function of a non-IT project manager is to
plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as
engineering, research and development, financial systems and
product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. Job
Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to
accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical
activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to
clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their
work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff
competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand,
to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Requirements: 2-4
years’ experience required. Bachelor's degree in business
administration or a related field. Must have PMI or PMP
certification Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in
Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, preferably ServiceNow,
to manage all aspects of an enterprise-level Software Asset
Management Service. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with
administering software licensing contracts Must have a minimum of 1
years’ experience in data analysis, performing SQL queries and
creating Power BI dashboards Must have prior experience in IT
Service Operations (highly preferred) Must have understanding and
application of the ISO 19770 standards. Must have experience
collaborating with business groups Must have domain knowledge to
provide strong and informed recommendations Must have the ability
to learn a structure and effectively put it into practice
Proficient with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites Verbal
and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention
to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work
independently and manage one’s time. Basic knowledge of production
processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for
maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved
strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Disqualifiers: Resumes that
showcase procurement experience, compliance experience, or contract
administrators will make a candidate ineligible for the role.

remote position. Monday-Friday, 40 hours, no OT Pay Rate: The
annual salary range for this position is $91,000 - $100,000 in
Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general
