Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) Organization is responsible for
end-to-end enablement across all customer facing roles. Key job
responsibilities As Localization Program Manager for WWFE, you will
be responsible for managing complex localization processes, and
working with global stakeholders including enablement managers,
program managers, content strategy leads, multimedia / learning
experience designers, and language service providers. The ideal
candidate will have in-depth knowledge in localizing multimedia
rich content such as eLearning and video and well versed in program
management who can drive localization strategic initiatives such as
operational excellence, quality assurance, and best practice
establishment against our team’s goals. Some of the key
responsibilities include: • Concurrently manage multiple end-to-end
localization productions that are in different phases such as
defining scope, planning to execution. • Drive simultaneous
shipping (or “sim-ship”) for some global and regional programs by
collaborating both internal and external stakeholders globally. •
Provide support for implementing new workflow when enablement or
training is developed for new modality or learning management
systems (LMS). • Identify and evaluate opportunities to drive
innovation in localization workflows through technology adoption
and process improvements • Assess and pilot new localization tools,
including AI-powered solutions, to improve translation quality and
reduce time-to-launch • Analyze workflow performance data and
provide recommendations for tool adoption and optimization A day in
the life A day in the life includes managing localization
productions, working on localization initiatives, brainstorming
with peers, self-directed development time, and participating in
regular team strategic planning sessions. About the team The
Design, Development, Delivery (D3) team is a creative production
team focused on supporting Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE). The
team consists of two major roles: 1/Multimedia Experience Designers
(MXDs) creating English based rich-media training content &
2/Localization PMs (LPMs) taking the produced content and
localizing for a worldwide audience. D3's main priority is on-time
delivery and launch of impactful, high-bar, visually engaging
content for our customers. The Localization team within D3 supports
our stakeholders in launching localized enablement and training for

experience - 5 years of defining and implementing process
improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience -
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive
improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and
non-tech teams - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple
assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to
deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with
little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to
situations that require a quick turnaround - Direct experience
and/or having knowledge of eLearning content authoring,
specifically Articulate 360 products (Storyline and Rise), and
video editing tools. - Experience evaluating or implementing
AI-powered localization solutions, machine translation

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
