Job Description:
The AWS Specialist and Partner Sales Operations team is seeking
an exceptional builder and innovator to lead Business Operations
for Partner Core & Tech. This is a transformational role at the
forefront of how AWS goes to market with Partners—reinventing
operational excellence through AI and Agentic automation to create
exponentially greater value for Partners and AWS customers. Partner
Core & Tech encompasses both business and technical functions
working together to unlock partner potential by guiding them to
build innovative products, solutions, and services using Amazon Web
Services capabilities. As we scale our global partner ecosystem,
this role will architect the next generation of operational
frameworks powered by AI-first automation, acting as a force
multiplier across the entire Partner Core Operations team. What
You'll Do: You will be hands-on in taking established business
processes and complex global operations and fundamentally
reinventing them through Agentic AI. This isn't about incremental
improvement—it's about reimagining how we operate at scale. You'll
break down disconnected workflows and fragmented data, then rebuild
streamlined, automated solutions that transform operational
efficiency across Partner Core & Tech. You will interact directly
with business stakeholders across Partner Core & Tech, regularly
engaging with senior leaders across the global partner organization
and beyond. You'll translate executive strategy into execution
through cross-functional team interlocks and operational model
development with relentless focus on automation. Working across the
entire Partner Core Operations team, you'll serve as a force
multiplier—amplifying impact through scalable solutions that
benefit multiple teams and functions simultaneously. This role is
designed for someone with an insatiable desire to invent and build
using AI tools—someone who sees manual processes as opportunities
for automation, who thrives on complexity, and who approaches every
operational challenge with an automation-first mindset. Key job
responsibilities You will architect and implement the next
generation of operational frameworks for Partner Core &
Tech—transforming how business and technical functions scale
partner enablement through AI-first automation. This role demands
hands-on building: you'll deconstruct existing business processes,
identify automation opportunities, and rebuild streamlined
workflows powered by Agentic AI that fundamentally change how we
operate at scale. Agentic Operations & Automation Lead the
transformation of manual operational processes into AI-powered,
automated workflows that eliminate friction and scale exponentially
across Partner Core & Tech Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions
that orchestrate complex cross-functional workflows, from partner
engagement tracking to performance analysis and reporting Pioneer
new operational models that leverage AI-human collaboration to
augment team productivity and decision-making velocity across
multiple functions Architect data pipelines and automation
frameworks using advanced tools (Python, SQL, Redshift, QuickSuite)
to create self-service intelligence and insights that serve as
force multipliers for the entire Partner Core Operations team
Strategic Analytics & Executive Translation Partner directly with
business stakeholders and senior leaders to translate strategic
priorities into executable operational plans with measurable
outcomes Design and implement performance measurement systems that
connect technical milestones to business impact and revenue
generation Serve as the operational architect for pilot programs
testing new business models, technical capabilities, and partner
engagement approaches Drive operational rigor through standardized
processes and metrics while maintaining flexibility to innovate and
experiment with emerging AI capabilities across the entire Partner
Core Operations team Why This Role Matters: This is a rare
opportunity to shape the future of AWS Partner operations, you'll
be at the forefront of operational transformation—architecting
AI-powered frameworks that will define how we scale partner
enablement globally for years to come. You'll gain deep expertise
in one of AWS's most vital business areas, working directly with
business and technical stakeholders who serve as the backbone of
our partner ecosystem. The experience you'll gain implementing
Agentic AI at scale in complex, global operations is
invaluable—you'll be pioneering approaches that few organizations
are tackling today. You'll work alongside functional experts across
sales operations, partner programs, technical enablement, and
business intelligence, building AI-enabled operational excellence.
