This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they
provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build
innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Come build

software in the cloud. As a Sr. SDE on the AWS Marketplace team,
you will design and build large-scale distributed systems that
power a multi-billion dollar commerce platform used by customers
and partners worldwide. You'll own critical components end-to-end —
from architecture through delivery — and drive technical direction
that directly impacts AWS's growth. Key job responsibilities What
you'll do: - Lead the design and implementation of highly
available, scalable services that handle millions of transactions -
Define technical strategy and mentor engineers across the team -
Partner with product, business, and partner teams to translate
complex requirements into elegant technical solutions - Raise the
bar on engineering excellence through code reviews, operational
best practices, and architectural guidance - Innovate on behalf of
customers — you'll have the autonomy to identify problems and ship

software development experience - 5 years of programming with at
least one software programming language experience - 5 years of
leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and
scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a
mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team - 5 years of full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code
reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and
operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
