The Elevated Shopping team is reinventing the shopping experience
for Premium and Luxury customers, transforming Amazon into the most
trusted high-end online shopping destination. We see innovative

seeking a tenured Product Manager with a deep technical background
and a successful history of delivering high-impact,
multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is
critical for driving the Premium Shopping Experience for Amazon.
Key job responsibilities • Manage product end-to-end lifecycles,
from customer research, through strategic and roadmap planning, to
experimentation, launch, product adoption and customer feedback •
Partner with UX designers and software developers to deliver
products based on roadmaps you create • Launch the vision,
strategy, and roadmap and influence key stakeholders to align and
deliver on that vision • Implement the go-to-market plan and
execution, working to ensure that internal teams have what they
need to be successful • Define goals and monitor key performance
metrics to identify opportunities and improve product performance •
Focus on areas where the business strategy has not yet been
defined. A day in the life • Effectively partner with all levels of
leadership. You are adept at building consensus. You are able to
represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs,
and potential solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above to
help them understand the decisions they have to make and what
options they have. • You influence organization priorities, system
owners, business, and technology direction. • You manage
cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are
informed and needs aligned. About the team The Elevated Shopping
(eShop) team mission is to serve premium and luxury customers and
brands with personalized, seamless, and delightful experiences that
reflect their discerning tastes and elevate online retail to a new
standard of excellence. We combine state of the art technology,
scientific precision, and breathtaking studio photography to create
exceptional customer experiences. - Bachelor's degree - Experience
owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with
feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience
contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical
products or online services - Experience in representing and
advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders
during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience
owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - 5 years of
product or program management, product marketing, business
development or technology experience - Usage of generative AI tools
to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn
effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to
recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products,

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
