Job Description:
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they
provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build
innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Our ASP
Program Foundations and Delivery team is seeking an experienced
leader to re-imagine how we measure the effectiveness of our ASP
sales programs across global delivery channels. In this role, you
will work across ASP teams and other internal organizations to
define the future of programs performance measurement. You will
architect the framework that determines how we assess program
delivery success - then make it real, driving alignment, and then
implementing solutions with product teams, and roll out this
game-changing mechanism worldwide across our AWS Partner Network.
This work will transform how we measure delivery performance across
our entire GTM programs portfolio to incentivize and empower our
strongest performers across delivery channels. The right candidate

for you. Key job responsibilities - Develops common evaluation
framework to evaluate performance of all ASP programs through the
delivery lens - Operate across the entire portfolio of ASP programs
to drive alignment with individual program teams, growth initiative
teams, and Finance on KPIs to measure - Partners with product teams
to build necessary features and scale the performance evaluation
mechanism into the exiting suite of tools and products used by
internal and external teams - Leads GTM strategy on how to scale
this mechanism externally to program delivery constituents - Leads
worldwide roll out of the performance evaluation mechanism,
including enablement to accelerate awareness and adoption -
Establishes on-going mechanisms and cadences to evaluate delivery
performance against KPIs and desired program outcomes About the

Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are
large in scope - Experience in written and verbal communication
skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences,
including senior leadership - Experience managing programs across
cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release
schedules - Experience cultivating and building relationships with
external stakeholders (e.g. Partners or Customers) - MBA, or
Master's degree - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI
products at scale - Experience with alliances or partnerships -

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
