Orchestra Technology is a leading Telecom Technology Company.We are looking for an engineer, maybe 2, for about 6 months starting immediately with the following qualifications. -If possible they really need to be in Bellevue WA at least for the first 90 days. -Qualifications: -8 or more years of experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering AND technical consulting in distributed computing, networking and storage solutions.6 or more years of experience in Linux system administration with an intense focus on virtualization, SELinux, and yum repository management; and development with QEMU/KVM, designing for security and automation. Preferably Red Hat Certified as either RHCA or RHCP.Strong Expertise in software development in Openstack with detailed knowledge of Heat API, Mistral, Nova, Neutron, Glance, Keystone, and the behavior of Nova, Neutron and Cinder based on HOT keywords.Strong Programming skills in Python, Ruby, C, Go and Shell Scripting with at least 7 years of experience in any two. Experience with data structures, algorithms and software design.Experience in deployment and orchestration technologies such as Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, Salt, and Puppet.Experience in networking technologies (routing algorithms, security groups, load balancers, firewalls, etc.) and comfortable developing application network design.Experience in database design for dimensioning large data sets with two or more of the following technologies: Lucene, Elastic, mySQL, postGRESQL and Cassandra.Experience working with GIT using gitflow and collaborating development environment.Experience leading development and delivery projects to completion in a highly available, mission critical environment involving multiple teams.Experience developing software with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm as the infrastructure is a plus.Experience working with Nokia CBIS, CBAM and developing with CBAM Developer Guide.Good understanding of ETSI NFV MANO Architecture (in particular IFA007 Specification for VNF Packaging) and TOSCA.Good understanding of open source projects such as Pacemaker, Corosync, PCS, HAProxy, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Apache Tomcat, GlusterFS, Logstash, and Elastic Beats.Experience with Tensorflow and the application of Regression Predictive Modeling in software is a plus. -Job Description: -As a Lead Engineer in the program, the candidate is responsible for working with multiple engineering teams and Product Managers in developing ETSI NFV compliant VNF Cloud Service Archives (CSAR) and developing and designing the Central Administrator VNF, an application that provides log aggregation and statistics analytics. The candidate is responsible for developing the design, leading and developing the software artifacts, network design, Acceptance Test Procedures, and the Method of Procedures required to test and deploy the product in a production environment with 5 9's of availability. The candidate is also required to support Technical Writers in producing Customer Operations and Maintenance Documentation and provide technical consultation to other project teams on the CADM solution and the development of VNF CSARs. -
