Practice will include all aspects of real estate transactions related to Real Estate Purchases and Sales, Leases and Ground Leases, Real Estate Joint Ventures and LLCs, Business Planning, Organization, and Financing, Construction Contracts, Architect Agreements, and Integrated Project Delivery, Real Estate Finance, Homebuilding, Urban Mixed-Use Projects, Master Planned Communities, and Condominium.
