will be involved in a range of tasks including drafting pleadings,
conducting legal research, assisting with discovery, and managing

Leave Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent Plaintiff
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role
in our legal team, contributing to our mission of delivering
justice to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: 1.
Assisting attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation
from inception through discovery and trial. 2. Conducting
comprehensive legal research and fact investigation to assist in
case preparation. 3. Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal
documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery
requests. 4. Managing and organizing case files, documents, and
exhibits. 5. Coordinating and managing the discovery process
including disclosures, production, and interrogatories. 6.
Utilizing electronic filing systems to ensure that all case
management and trial preparation materials are easily accessible
and organized. 7. Providing litigation support during trials
including witness preparation, trial exhibits, and coordination
with expert witnesses. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Permanent Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role will
have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal,
specifically in personal injury litigation. 2. Proven trial
experience and proficiency in all phases of the discovery process.
3. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. 4. Proficiency in
using Electronic Filing Systems and other legal software. 5.
Extensive knowledge and experience in personal injury law, with a
particular emphasis on plaintiff personal injury. 6. A paralegal
certificate from an accredited program (preferred). 7. Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities. 8. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. 9. A high degree of professionalism and a
