We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of cases and legal matters. You will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. We handle cases related to brain injury, dog bites, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Manage a caseload of pre-litigation cases, which includes brain injury, dog bites, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. 2. Conduct initial case evaluation and investigation to determine the viability of potential cases. 3. Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements. 4. Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. 5. Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to manage case deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents. 6. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in pre-litigation matters. 7. Participate in legal research and analysis of applicable laws, statutes, and judicial decisions. 8. Attend pre-trial hearings, depositions, and mediations as required. 9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association. 3. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in personal injury law, specifically in pre-litigation. 4. Proven experience handling cases related to brain injury, dog bites, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. 5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong legal research and analytical skills. 7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 8. Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 9. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 10. Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. Interested in hearing more?
