Join Amazon's legal team supporting Amazon's Artificial General
Intelligence (AGI) organization, where you'll be part of a dynamic
team helping shape the future of AI and developing state-of-the-art
foundation models and AI agents. Amazon’s Legal Department is
looking for a talented and tech savvy Contracts Manager to support
our rapidly evolving AGI business. You will help us grow our
business and scale by leading contract workstreams, supporting
compliance and data functions, working with cross-functional teams,
and driving optimization and simplification of workflows,
contracts, and processes across the AGI legal team. To be
successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate an
understanding of compliance and contracting support, product
counseling and related technology and business considerations. You
will also need sound judgment, have excellent written and oral
communication skills, and an aptitude for technology (especially
incorporating AI into process simplifications) and how it can be
used achieve operational efficiency. Flexibility, sharp
organizational skills, a self-starting work ethic, and a passion
for simplification are desired. Key job responsibilities - Develop
and drive continuous process improvement and simplification using
AI - Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for
cross-functional teams. - Supporting critical functions including
data strategy and regulatory compliance - Support commercial
transactions, oversee contracts database and develop business
facing guidance and SOPs Your responsibilities may also include
working with the business to review marketing collateral and other
customer-facing and press messaging; creating and implementing
tools for our team and for cross-department initiatives; and
serving as point of contact and subject matter expert for outside
counsel and internal Amazon initiatives. About the team We are a

team member a crucial architect of the future of artificial
intelligence. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience using
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - 5 years of
contracts management, paralegal, or comparable experience within a
law firm or in-house legal department - Experience working within a
high-growth technology company - Experience working proactively and
independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and
tasks - Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions
(technology, procedures, processes, etc.) in a regulated
environment - Experience with technology and innovation law -
Excellent written and oral communication skills - High attention to
detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
