TransForce, a leader in CDL driver staffing and compliance services, is currently seeking a qualified CDL B Driver to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious and have a strong commitment to efficient transportation solutions. As a CDL B Driver, you will operate various types of delivery vehicles while ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and document any concerns to maintain operational efficiency. Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs and expectations and obtain delivery confirmations from each customer. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Regularly use tools and technologies provided to manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch regarding delays or deviations from the route. Strong geographic knowledge of the local area. Ability to operate electronic devices and systems used for navigation and communication. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously. Proficiency in managing detailed paperwork and performing physical tasks involved in loading and unloading goods. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL B license required. Clean driving record. DOT medical card must be obtained before starting work. Relevant safety training certifications are highly desirable.
