General Job Description Dogwood Industries is seeking a qualified
Electrical Assembler to join our team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The
core mission of the Electrical Assembler is to support the
electrical team while being flexible and willing to learn a range
of tasks required by each project scope. These tasks may include
assembly work, cleaning and more. The successful candidate will
have experience in electrical assembly in a production line or
manufacturing setting and understand written and verbal
instructions. Duties & Responsibilities Assemble electrical
materials (wiring, devices, lighting, equipment) Maintain a clean
and orderly workspace Read and understand work orders and project
task codes Quality assurance of assemblies Quality assurance for
testing functional performance Assemble fabricated parts Prepare
and apply required labeling Prepare and package product for
shipment Understand and follow all workplace safety rules and the
safe operation of tools and equipment when applicable Performing
other duties as assigned Requirements: Requirements Ability to use
a range of hand and power tools Technical ability to perform
assembly Physical ability to handle components, equipment and
tooling Ability to reach, bend, crawl, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs.

communication in English with the ability to express ideas,
collaborate with team members and provide information, in both oral
and written communication Ability to be self-directed, requiring
little or no supervision Ability to work well with others and
participate as a team member when appropriate Qualifications High
school diploma, general education degree or vocational degree.
Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings. Two years'
experience with electrical assembly Compensation $22.00 – $38.00
per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits

Physical Requirements/Work Environment This position requires
moderate physical activity in a factory environment. To perform the
essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required
to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. The
employee must be able to spend time standing at a work station and
balance for extended periods of time; be able to move over and
around obstacles; be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight or pull
and push material and equipment with assistance from crew members.
The employee will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust,
