downtown Seattle, is looking for an experienced sales entrepreneur
to join our Sales and Marketing Team as a Senior Account Executive
reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Bsquare is building IoT technology that is powering the next
generation of intelligent devices and systems that will make people
more productive, improve quality of life, and make better use of

The Senior Account Executive will join a team that is launching
our next generation of products and services by cross-selling into
our existing North America customer base and identifying new
customer opportunities. It is a direct sales position that requires
managing a technical sale, building on long term customer
relationships and helping us forge new ones. The position will work
closely with our product development and service delivery teams as
well as senior leadership at Bsquare. If you are looking for a

Bachelors or better.
* Minimum of 7 years of software (OEM, embedded software, and/or
enterprise) and service (maintenance & support and or operations
services) sales experience and track record predicting their
performance and exceeding sales quotas. Distribution or channel
sales experience a plus.
* Proven success using a consultative selling that requires
management of multiple customer decision makers and executives
(business, engineering, and purchasing), coordinating multiple
Bsquare selling resources (systems engineering and business
executives), and adhering to a sales process and timeline.
* Facility managing a multi-step sales process that includes
development of statements of work, requirements documents and or
memos of understanding ahead of negotiating a definitive
* Track record of prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
and selling complex services and intellectual property to
technical, marketing and executive prospects.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish
and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of large
and complex customer organizations. Ability to effortlessly
communicate and collaborate with Bsquare colleagues.
