Amazon is looking for a Sr. Product Manager Technical to join an exciting new project team working to build a completely new healthcare experience. As a Sr. Product Manager Technical, you will develop the strategy and vision for the product, and you will define and build the road map.This role is inherently cross-functional – you will work closely with other product managers, engineering, design, operations, marketing, business development, and executive teams to bring products and features to market. Successful candidates will be strong, self-driven leaders who can develop amazing customer experience at scale, communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, and have a consistent track record of delivery.

You will:

· Lead the development of creative, high-quality product road maps based on product strategy and vision

· Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our digital products

· Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, time to market

· Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market

· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

· Must have a holistic focus with an eye on the details

· Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, engineers, designers and business or subject matter representatives

· Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture

· Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience

· Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success

· Create data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed; Identify dependencies and constraints

· Maintain and groom product backlog and lead regular prioritization with business stakeholders and leadership coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements

· Manage bug backlog, determines priority of bugs and which releases they are assigned to

· Perform validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria

· Drive and manage feature request intake process

· Drive product launches including working with public relations/marketing team, customers, executives, and other team members

· Play active role in optimization and process improvements between product, design, and engineering teams

· Stay abreast of new technology capabilities and leverage knowledge in contributing to product solutions. Recommend and plan innovative products and features

· Lead without authority by building relationships

· Lead effective, productive meetings, facilitate complex discussions and drive for clarity

· Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines/milestones

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's Degree

· 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager for v1 customer facing digital products

· Experience with end to end product delivery

· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · 7+ years of account, product/ program management, product marketing, and/or business development experience, preferably in a healthcare or a fast-paced environment

· MBA, or advanced degree in a related field.

· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Exhibits excellent, clear, and detail-oriented written and verbal communications on highly complex topics. Adjusts and ‘translates’ concepts to a wide audience of stakeholders, both internal and external.

· Ability to translate partner insights and program designs into product and operational requirements that will be translated into actionable items required to implement and successfully launch programs.

· Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior leaders internally and externally.

· Success in building relationships and working across a range of teams, including Sales and Marketing, UX, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other support teams.

· Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support.

· Possess a track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects to successful completion
