VOLT is seeking candidates for "Treasury Operations Bank Account Reconciliation Specialist" role for our client in Seattle, WA. This is contract position with possibility of extension to Full time role. Candidates MUST BE local to Seattle. Must Haves4+ years' work experience in Treasury/Finance/Accounting administration or operations.Understanding of Bank Addendum & how to reconcileExperience with Credit Cards & ReportingHas worked on the corporate industry (not consumer)Excel- can perform formulas, macros, pivotsExperience with Infogix Data360 Analyzer tool (huge plus)Experience with QuickBooks (huge plus) , JP Morgan Portal (Plus)Job Brief:Contractor will be supporting the Global Payments team. This role will be responsible for performing daily and month end bank reconciliation for key tax payment bank accounts initially in excel and in parallel perform daily and month end reconciliation in the Infogix Data360 Analyzer tool. Contractor will support all tasks related to reconciliation matters including managing unmatched and exceptions in a timely manner, reporting out to stakeholders, and assisting with research. Reporting to the Director of Global Client Payments, the Contractor will work proactively with compliance team members to resolve exceptions, ensuring matching with QuickBooks entries, as well as address and execute operational and tactical tasks. This position is for the office in Seattle, WA.Responsibilities:Support and perform various aspects of bank account reconciliation for Global Client Payments group* Perform daily Payment Bank Account Reconciliations by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances with the intend of identifying payment exceptions that require additional research and handling with Client's Trust financial institutions.* Issues stop payments* Perform check printing to jurisdictions for a variety of business units.* Perform positive Pay uploads, decisioning, researching and handling payment issues* Partner with team to document processes to ensure desktop procedures are in place for all major activities performed in the group.* Prepare summary reports* Support audit requirement on a quarterly and annual basis.* Perform operational processing, transactional research* Perform credit card reconciliation for Bev/Alc businessVOLT is an Equal Opportunity Employer
