Join Our Talent Network Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Account Executive - Revenue Cycle to our location in Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA or Portland, OR. We are seeking an Account Executive who will play a key role in the development and growth of our enterprise accounts, including key accounts that will launch pilot platform programs. The Account Executive serves as the primary relationship owner and contact for an assigned group of customer accounts and is responsible for retention and growth. This individual will be responsible for onboarding, educating, offering expert guidance, and deepening relationships with our enterprise customers. The Account Executive identifies needs and consults on best practices for solutions to ensure customers derive maximum value from our products and services. Also responsible for facilitating and conducting effective customer meetings with stakeholders at all organization levels, including C-Suite, identifying new business and upsell opportunities within existing customers. The Account Executive will work assigned accounts, with revenue quota responsibility and she/he will manage the account management process throughout the cycle, including account follow-up, relationship-building, qualification, product demonstrations virtually or in person, writing proposals, and negotiating and closing business. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors; provide knowledge and insight of industry trends, opportunities and solutions that will support customer's business needs and goals Act as the main point of contact with enterprise clients, maintaining technical and operational expertise,, and engage deeply with customers to understand their needs and successfully onboard them onto our platform Expand existing relationships and cultivate new relationship opportunities across customer organization(s) Develop and execute customer-specific account plans, outlining revenue retention and growth strategies, including identification of business and upsell opportunities Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum accuracy, efficiency and visibility with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open customer issues Manage revenue forecast and track key customer metrics Perform periodic account reviews, handle customer concerns, account issues, and escalated support inquiries Analyzing customer data and sharing insights both internally and externally, as applicable Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify and deliver processes, workflows and solutions on time, with functionality that meets or exceeds customer goals Provide suggestions for operational efficiencies, and work with leadership and product teams to identify process improvements or product features to help resolve any customer-facing issues Operate across cross-functional teams to execute programs and deliver exceptional service. Administer reporting, invoicing and billing for all platform contracts. Perform other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include:

  • 6 years experience in account management, project management, or a related customer-facing role utilizing a consultative approach to managing complex customer relationships Preferred qualifications for this position include: 1 year of experience working for a healthcare technology company highly desired 1 year background in the healthcare industry, specifically in navigating complex health systems 1 year experience utilizing CRM software About the department you will serve.
