and technology. Who we are looking for: Wunderman Thompson is
seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent
Acquisition team. You will source passive candidates and promote a
pipeline of qualified diverse talent for the North American TA team
through creative and-- innovative methods. You will reduce the time
it takes to fill roles while striving to improve the satisfaction
of candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. Your role is in
scaling the agency at speed while making sure that we provide
talent with skills and aptitudes that accomplish our growth, our
mission and our vision. Our sourcing function serves a role of
fulfilling our inclusion & diversity vision to provide opportunity
by engaging talent from communities that are underrepresented and
underserved. You will build partnerships with organizations to
develop our candidate pipelines, including universities, industry
networks, and more. You will be successful in this role by setting
benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and
prioritizing quality over quantity in your candidate submissions.
You'll have fun. Draw on your knowledge of TA and teams of the
business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and
hiring managers. What you'll do:
- Work - Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring
managers to implement and work on multiple sourcing strategies.
Advise hiring teams on market trends, industry insights, and
identifiable talent pools.
- Identify - Source, engage, and nurture passive talent through
multiple tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean Searches and
alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Research new sourcing techniques and channels and lead
- Develop - Build a network of potential candidates through
market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct
in-depth interviews with candidates and demonstrate the ability to
anticipate hiring manager preferences through an understanding of
their business and clients. Keep candidates informed throughout the
- Recommend - Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring
process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of
the talent market and our users. Recommend and guide improvements
that impact local pipeline areas. Who you are:

mentality that makes the team successful. What you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in candidate generation and
assessment through a variety of channels including passive
sourcing, referral campaigns and database mining, and building
recruiting strategies with the business. Marketing, technology or
consulting industry experience required.
- 2 years' experience of TA coordinator experience
- Previous Greenhouse (ATS) experience preferred.
- Passion for advocating for talent, as it relates to inclusion,
equity and diversity. Experience building I&D pipeline
strategies from entry-level to Director level talent. track metrics
and communicate to partners.
- Proactively network and establish working relationships,
looking for new sourcing techniques, and developing creative
approaches to delivering talent using data and technology to help
inform future hiring decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with a history of building
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and
scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and
the recruiting team.
- Experience working with multiple organizations, prioritize
based on the view of business needs, and push back on stakeholders
