The Team:

The Enterprise Sales team collaborates with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process-from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. The team partners with some of the largest most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. The Sales Operations team partners with the Enterprise team in both strategic and operational topics.

This Position:

As a smart and scrappy problem solver, you will work in all topics Enterprise Go to Market for our sales team, working closely with Enterprise Sales leadership. This will range from conceptualizing high level Sales Strategy items that are transformational to our business, to the nuts and bolts of fiscal year planning, territory planning, forecasting and pipeline generation that make our GTM operation efficient. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and an ability to partner and influence both sales leaders and leaders in the cross functional roles that support sales like marketing, sales development, etc.

You will get a lot of exposure to sales executive leadership as well as other functions like marketing, product, finance.

This position manages a small team of direct reports and reports to the VP of Sales Operations.

  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement through combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense. Deliver actionable results / recommendations for the business that accelerate growth
  • Represent Enterprise Sales point of view in cross-functional forums (e.g. pipeline council, customer success council)
  • Manage day to day delivery of Sales Operations functions (e.g.: forecasting, territory management, pipeline generation, etc)
  • Together with FP&A, lead fiscal year planning process for Enterprise Sales
  • Help drive scalability and productivity in the organization
  • Hire, lead and develop the Sales Operations team supporting the Enterprise business

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
    • years of experience with an analytical/strategy role in a fast paced technology company
  • 5+ years management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Top notch analytical track record from consulting, investment banking or corporate analytical roles (e.g. Sales Ops, Corporate Strategy, etc.)
  • Experience working with an Enterprise Sales Organization; you will need enough expertise to know what questions you should be asking
  • Ability to frame and tackle very "open ended" topics by driving analytical, strategic and operational project components
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems
