Cell Therapy is one of the most groundbreaking new forms of cancer treatments being studied today. Process Science & Technology (PS&T) develops manufacturing platforms to enable current and new product formats, increased product control, lower cost, and lower operational complexity. The PS&T organization works to accelerate the development and implementation of novel technologies to CTDO for integration into existing drug product platform processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize high throughput T cell scale down model platform across multiple programs
  • Execute development experiments for adoptive T-cell therapy manufacturing.
  • Interpret data from flow cytometry, cell functionality, or chemical assays.
  • Write technical documents including development reports, manufacturing batch records, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support lab functions including restocking consumables, maintaining equipment, and cleaning
  • Up to 5% of time may be spent travelling outside of the city or country.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in bio/chemical engineering or a related scientific field
  • Exposure to mammalian or primary cell culture
  • Proficiency with multi-channel pipetting and small scale cell culture
  • Experience in executing lab procedures
  • Basic knowledge of multicolor flow cytometry or bioassays
  • Experience with maintaining lab notebook and lab workspace
  • Basic knowledge of cell therapy
