Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Marketing Programs and Promotions to include:
  • Marketing Summit events at the Service Centers
  • Manage marketing activity submittals through Marketing Work Orders
  • Recoup and track promotional dollars from vendors
  • Generate and distribute various marketing and sales reports for Management and Leadership as needed
  • Enter and manage data in various external vendor sites

  • Design and produce print marketing materials (event flyers, advertisements, signage, vehicles, & apparel)
  • Assist with digital design needs - copy editing, graphic design, video, and scheduling
  • Build and manage customer mailing lists
  • Create, publish and distribute promotional/external and internal corporate newsletters
  • Point of contact for press inquiries and sponsorship opportunities. Generate press releases for local and trade publications
  • Work with branding and marketing vendors (Radio, Print, On-hold message, logo apparel, Billtrust, etc.)
  • Support sales meeting planning and implementation activities
  • General department housekeeping
  • External customer and vendor events (in person and virtual)

Minimum Qualifications & Expectations:

  • 2-3 years Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Personal computer skills and extensive knowledge of Office Tools: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation
  • Strong writing skills; proficient grammar and proper sentence structure
  • Mid to advanced knowledge of graphic design programs: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize
  • Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers & Vendors)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • General office work environment, mainly seated at a desk
  • Light lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Hand truck use
  • Packing and shipping promotional materials
  • Requires punctuality and reliable on-site attendance
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
